Singer-song writer:  Linda has written numerous songs in English and Spanish.  Her songs include Country and Old Time, Blues and corridos.  She has written songs and parodies for many community and social justice events.  Corrido de Atenco:  Mariposa, Mariposa was written for the women flower vendors of San Salvador Atenco, Mexico and their struggle to gain justice from the Mexican government.  It is an Amnesty International cause, with song proceeds going to AI on behalf of the women.




Linda has written and performed historical narratives with music on the history of Chicago, labor, women and social justice.

Linda has two Readers Theatre Musicals:  Pilsen:  Our Struggle, Our Home   and Telling Women's Lives:  Chicago & Illinois Women's History in Song & Story to be available in fall, 2011.
